以後lz回美國從中國出境時,lz向中國海關出示美國綠卡,孩子則出示回美證,會有問題嗎?
-No problem at all. the advance parole (AP) is just for travel and it equals to a valid visa.
因為在lz有綠卡的情況下,孩子應該出示中國的簽證.中國的海關工作人員會lz和讓孩子正常出境嗎?
-Chinese Customs does not care about that your kid has AP or green card. As long as your kid has a valid/legal travel document such as AP, visa, or green card, they will allow him to go out of China.
