請教18歲以下兒童逾期居留超過一年的後果

Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 中：no period of time in which an alien is under 18 years of age shall be taken into account in determining the period of unlawful presnce in the United States under CLAUSE (I) 是不是隻適用於 Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(i)(I)， 逾期 180天到小於一年的情況？
Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(iii)(I) 沒提 CLAUSE (II) ,那麽Sec 212 (a)(9)(B)(i)(II)如果逾期超過一年呢是不是就不適用這 mino exception 呢

我看很多網站，也有律師說18歲以下逾期不算，那麽是不是有其他的 memo或修改條例呢？
如果小孩逾期呆在美國，在18歲以後逾期不超過 180天離開，她在境外還有可能以學生簽證再進來嗎？

我在想沒有辦法的辦法，請大師們幫忙解釋一下，謝謝。
