Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Just looked at the status online and found this. The card is ordered. Does it mean I-485 is approved? Could it be possible that my mom receive green card sooner than the I-485 approval notice? If she gets green card first, can she go back right after that or does she have to wait for I-485 approval notice?
