My I-485 RFE was sent back to USCIS on March. My I-485 status said they would give a written dicision or update within 60 days. Now I haven't got anything.Now I have some question as following:
1. What does "60 days" mean? 60 working days or 2 months?
2. I want to go back to Chinese as soon as possible, should I apply for AP or just waiting for the USCIS's written dicision? If I use AP before the dicision, will this affect the processing or result of my I-485?
3. My first fingerprint was done on Nov 2007. Is it possible that I may be required for the second fingerprint at any time?
