EB1b spouse

Sorry, could not type in Chinese.
The primary applicant got her green card one week ago.
The spouse as a derivative beneficiary, applied last Friday. We've gotten married for four years. And the spouse owns f-1 visa now.
How long will such a case normally take? What's the chance of being denied for such a case?
