The child came on B-2 visa, with a note "visit relatives in VA, not intended for study", has gone to public school and doing great in the school now.
1) Does her going to school violate the nonimmigrant status?
2)On I-539, part 4, question 3-e, it asks "Have you, or any other peson included in this application, done anything that violated the terms of the nonimmigrant status you now hold?", shall I check "yes" or "no"?
3) Shall I attached the child's US school (public) report with I-539 application?
4) How likely do I have the chance to get this COS granted
Thanks
B2 not intended for study, still have chance for COS to F-1?
