So can I summarize the document check list as below:
I-539, I-20, financial/bank statement, is this right?

I have another concern.
On the B2 visa, there is a note "visit relatives in VA, not intended for study", do I still have a chance to get COS granted? The child came on B2 visa, but has gone to public school, will this be considered as "violated the terms of the nonimmigratnt status".

On I-539, part 4, question 3-e, it asks "Have you, or any other peson included in this application, doen anything that violated the terms of the nonimmigrant status you now hold?", shall I check "yes" or "no".
