I had the similar issue. I had received my FP notice, but my wife did not. I cantacted lawyer 2 days after, and he mail his copy to me (This notice has 2 copies, 1 to you, and another one to lawyer). Both have the same function.

My wife received her notice around 10 days after I received one and 7 day after received lawyer's copy.

So usually it is not a big deal, just a mail delay. Contact your lawyer first.
