I got an 485 REF. The letter has the following statement for changing employment after 485 pending more than 180 days: 'submit a letter your new permanent employer, describing your present job duties and position in the organization, your profferd position (if different from your current one), the date you began employment and the offered salary or wage. This letter must be in the origianl and signed by an executive or officer of the organization who is authourized to make or confirm an offer of permanent employment. The letter should also indicate whether the terms and conditions of your employment-based visa petition (or labor certificate) continue to exist'.
My situations are (1): I have changed job twice (laid off by the last employer)and there was one month gap between two jobs. (2) the salary of the current job is much less than the last one (about $30,000 less) but it is still higher than the LC requirment.
My questions are (1) do I need to provide two letters from both employers? (2)Is the difference of the salary a big problem.(3) is one month gap going to cause trouble.
Thanks a lot for your inputs.
