Here are the dates for May and June of 2007 for EB2
May of 2007: EB2, 22Apr2005
June of 2007: EB2, 01Jan2006
DOS messed up on July 2007, which might be a reflection of delayed advancing until August in 2008. As we know there are still unused number from EMPLOYMENT-BASED of 2008 plus unused number from FAMILY-SPONSORED of 2007, which both will be usable for oversubscribed China-mainland born and India EB2. EB1 is current so it will not use any of these number.
As USCIS is not as busy as it used to be I am expecting at least 8-month marching next month for EB2, matching the same progress with 2007. May be more. I am looking forward to that. Let's pray.
