pjiang: what to do with two 485s?

I got two 485s. One (filed in 07/2007) is at NSC with approved NIW 140, the other (filed 01/2009) is at TSC with approved EB1 140. Could I re-link NIW 485 to EB1 140 to have 07/2007 PD for EB1? Also, is there anything I can do to push the fast adjudication of EB1 140? Thanks a lot...
