Actually I believe here we're discussing about I-134 rather than I-864.

I-864 is for purpose of immigrantion.
I-134 is for non-immigrant visa.

As mentioned above that "幫親戚申請父母探親" and "在為F1申作擔保".

For I-864, the sponsor should be "居住在美國境內美國公民和永久居", plus "at least 18 years old". For I-134, I don't see such requirement (or I may have overlooked something). Some people in non-immigrant status choose to include I-134, in which themselves are sponsor, for their parent to come as B-2 visitor, although I-134 itself does not help that much if not at all in obtaining the visa.

如果因為學校入學辦公室人員的不仔細，擔保人不是居住在美國境內美國公民和永久居民，而且在為F1申作擔保時，F1也被批準了，
1.對green card的申請會有影響嗎？
2.green card背景調查時，會調查這嗎？謝謝
