does she have to go back to China to activate her H-1B visa
-If her H1 application approval has I-94 card, she do not need to go outside U.S. to get an H1 visa to activate it. If the H1 approval has no I-94 card, she needs to go outside U.S. to get an h1 visa to activate it.
She can go to any U.S. conselar in China (e.g. Beijing, Shanghai, etc.) to the H1 visa. She also can go to Mexica or Canada to get the h1 visa.
