if you saw message, i stated the date of my pd and I-485 RD, you should know that my "排期到了". But that's not my questions. My questions are
1. what should i do if I can't get a copy of G-28? without the copy, i won't be able to terminate attorney. [i do notice pjiang LaoShi's website about G-28, in which he wrote that I can write in G-28 to terminate my attorney. I did so, but officer at Infopass said that i need to get a copy of filing G-28 and attach a letter to terminate the attorney]
2. what should i do if lawyer doesn't pass REF to me?
there is only 30 days for responding a REF letter.
