都知道用ead有風險,但很多人由於無奈都用了,我們就是其中之一。
- This has nothing to do with EAD.
Don't think it changes anything, in your situation, even though you transferred H-1b.

20號收到RFE說看
到我們搬到別的州了,讓出具原雇主保留未來職位或新雇主支持綠卡的證明,這兩樣我
們都拿不到。現在的公司就是不給轉H-1我們才用的EAD,

隻給出工作證明。律師說不行,
- An EVL should not be difficult to get from your current employer. Below is an example. The keywords are "permanent" and "terms and conditions".
Get the letter first, even though the employer does not feel like to write the words like "terms and conditions". The letter will work when containing following information, Title/Salary/Responsibility/HireDate/"Permanent".

別的客戶就是隻交了工作證明又被要求出具綠卡支持的信,沒有485就完了。很尊敬
皮匠老師,但他總結的不需要新雇主支持,一封工作證明就足夠,

看來現在是行不通了
。我們家是昨天還歡聲笑語,今天就麵臨卷鋪蓋回國。在這裏求助有類似經驗的朋友講
講解決辦法。如果被拒了,這種情況能上訴嗎?隻希望能reopen ead好找工作回國。要
用ead的朋友請三思,五思,用了的要有準備,新公司堅決不支持綠卡的真的不能去。
