們都拿不到。現在的公司就是不給轉H-1我們才用的EAD，
隻給出工作證明。律師說不行，

Get the letter first, even though the employer does not feel like to write the words like "terms and conditions". The letter will work when containing following information, Title/Salary/Responsibility/HireDate/"Permanent".

別的客戶就是隻交了工作證明又被要求出具綠卡支持的信，沒有485就完了。很尊敬
皮匠老師，但他總結的不需要新雇主支持，一封工作證明就足夠，

看來現在是行不通了
。我們家是昨天還歡聲笑語，今天就麵臨卷鋪蓋回國。在這裏求助有類似經驗的朋友講
講解決辦法。如果被拒了，這種情況能上訴嗎？隻希望能reopen ead好找工作回國。要
用ead的朋友請三思，五思，用了的要有準備，新公司堅決不支持綠卡的真的不能去。
