"兩周必須上報移民局"的規定嗎? 還是這段時間的長短可以同雇主negotiate?
-It requires that the employer needs to report it to USCIS immediately, otherwise the employer needs to continue to pay you. But if the employer reports it some time later (e.g. two or three months), it does not matter that much actually. USCIS usually does not care about it. So, I think 這段時間的長短可以同雇主negotiate.
