我不是學你這行的，不了解行情，但是我覺得聽著有些低，現在做Biotech research方麵也不止這個錢。覺得吧，說高了別人覺得你greedy，說低了自己不是虧了。

你要不這樣說：This is my first time looking for a job. I have no idea how much I should get paid. But I am confident that I will be qualified for this position. I will consider your offer, as long as you think it is fair enough.

醫療保險是雇主必須辦的事情。
