老公F2期間，找到工作轉成H1B要不要重新申請名額要等到十月才能工作？這樣的話有那個 no, you don't need wait until Oct.

your hub probably can't transfer to F2, I know a friend has same situation, he didn't transfer, but get a small company to apply part time H1b for him

老公目前正在自己辦EB1A,雖然不強，想趕快交上去，有幫助嗎？
yes, his status will be 485 pending, he can stay in US legally without a Visa

and I beleive he can find a job pretty soon
