本人有AP，正在申請H-1B，需要離開美國一個星期， 請問可以嗎？有沒有什麽不良影響？
-If your H1 application belongs to change of status (e.g. from F1 to H1), your h1 application will be invalid automatically when you leave US before it is approved.

可以用AP回來嗎？
-Yes. Using AP is good and your I-485 will have no problem too.
