I think
1) Documentary evidence means some materials published, published commentary on your paper, awards, or.. that support the arguments in reference letter. probably you need to show your papers' citation index rank in the field, impact factor rank in the same journal category.
2)Selection criteria means how you are selected as a reviewer. Some review invitation letters contain such phrases " because of your reputation in the field, we want to seek your advice on suitability of publication the manuscript in this journal" and "your opinion is critical in ..." Those letters may helps. If it is a high impact journal, you may demonstrate the journal's impact and thus the high standards for reviewers.
3) It is OK to re-stress your important documents previously submitted.
