RFE. NIW and EB1A are two I-140s, but you only have one case with RFE now. You can use the I-140 receipt number (the SRC number) to see which case. Most likely, you are aske to prove your impact, achievement. if NIW, evidence that it's in national interest to waive your LC,.... very typical RFE.
