485 relink 引發的問題

我們 2007 年七月交的 NIW 140/485 到 NSC. 140 已批， 485 當然還在pending。 今年我們的TSC 的 EB1B的140 也批了，於是就寫信給NSC 要求relink NIW 的485 到EB1B上， 上一星期，收到 NSC 的信說transfer我們在TSC 的（EB1B) 140 到NSC了，今天看到網站上交給TSC 已批的140 有個LUD,內容如下，請問有經驗的朋友， 或者聽說過類似情況的朋友說說：
