再問PJiang, claireub及各位專家關於speeding tickets and N400 question 16. The N400 instruction said "Note that unless a traffic incident was alcohol or drug related, you do not need to submit documentation for traffic fines and incidents that did not involve an actual arrest if the only penalty was a fine of less than $500 or points on your driver's license." My understanding is that you don't need to provide documentation if you checked YES, but you do need to disclose the speeding tickets. Is it right? 如果選 NO, 移民官會發現嗎？駕駛記錄上沒有顯示，因為上駕駛課取消了記錄和點數。十分感謝各位的回複。
