原來是h1b身份，入境用了AP以後，需要做些什麽，才可以繼續為原來雇主工作？需要立即轉成 EAD，或者重新激活H1B麽？
-Not need to do anything and just continue to work (no need EAD). Your H1 status can be re-instate by extention or transfer in the future and it has no problem at all.

現在遇到移民局的刁難，說我AP入境以後喪失了在美工作的資格。
-Just ignore it.
