請教：NIW申請者無需永久工作位置的法律條文?

看到有些NIWers收到485補件要求提供永久工作證明，以前在本版曾經看到過xiaobaitu的一個回帖，給出了一個具體的條款說明NIW無需永久工作位置，可惜找不到這個帖子了，不知有哪位知道這個條款，謝謝指教。
