file H1B1 yourself procedure!

filing h1b1 yourself:
1. you need to do labor certificate first through www.dol.gov, info. needed: company contact person(your boss or director), number of employees, net income/net revenue of the firm for last year available,firm contact infor, job tile and the prevailing wage for the job title, job code (?). it should be approved immediately on-line.

2. when 1 is approved, have your company contact person sign three copies of it. one for yourself, one for INS, one for the company record.

3. file 2 with all your legal documents (copy) since you came to USA, job description, your resume, form I-129, company check to pay fee, etc.

i am not sure how to apply express processing. u might need to tell them that in the cover letter together with $1000 extra fee. anybody knows feel free to implement.
