at the date of interview, counting backward to the date when you got your marriage license, if it is over 2 years, you get a regular GC. It does not matter when you filed your I-130 and I-485.

your passport will not be stamped until the FBI name check is completed. you will need to go there again to get it stamped. you will have to wait for another letter from CIS for an appointment for stamping. FBI name checking is for criminal record and background check.

btw, this is my own experience. i waited another month before i received the letter for stamping. you need to be patient. there is not much you can do at this time.
