緊急求助! F1(OPT) ->H4

F1(OPT) ->H4一個月前已交申請, 今天收到移民局通知要求補交OPT期間雇主信息或工資單. 但我在OPT期間沒有找到工作, 而且因為形勢不好, 最近半年都沒有認真找. 請問這種情況應該如何向移民局解釋? 找學校發信證明曾找過工作可行否?
