EB2, I 485 ted in 7/2007, priority date 3/2006
He is working for semiconductor industry as programer analyst and he is going to change to insurance industry as programer III. Does this satisfy for the similar field criteria?

He is in his second HIB, and he is going to transfer the H1B to the new employer. The problem is the new employer can provide the document, but they do not want to pay it. So, could we pay it by ourself? and around how much is it?
