我公民後為逾期探親的父母親辦綠卡，看了皮老師的博客，已經知道如何辦理了。現在想明確落實在中國需要什麽，有的帖子和過來人說需要：
1，父母親分別的《出生公證》2個。
- 不需要----說需要請指出根據
2，父母親和我的《家庭關係公證》1個。我已經有我的《出生公證》上麵已經明確了和他們的關係，還需要他們的《家庭關係公證》嗎？
- 不需要---但要清楚:你的《出生公證》對你母親是充分的:
6. A mother: a copy of your birth certificate showing your name and your mother's name.
而對父親還要:

3，父母親的《婚姻公證》1個。
- 為你父親辦所必需的. 見I-130Instructions:

4，父母親的《無犯罪公證》1個。
