According to my lawyer, as long as the marriage takes place prior to the approval of your I-485, the spouse can apply for consulate processing once the PD of the primary (same as the subsidiary despite the asynchronous applications) becomes current.

The best method would be that your hu*****and come to the U.S. and file his subsidiary I-485 while he's in the country. If that's not possible, then CP is your next best bet.
