As long as your mom's visa stays valid at the time of her re-entry into the US, even if there are just a few days left, she should have no problem coming back (a friend of mine did that before). Just be prepared for the few questions she *might* face as far as how this travel fits into the her intended purpose (business) in the U.S.

Of course, I assume that you have taken care of your mom's visa for traveling to the country/ies of your destination.
