It is an EB2 2004 something. I searched online - some people did get approval in 48 hours after faxing but he was not that lucky - it's almost 5 days already. Now the problem is you don't know if the fax went to the right place.
He just sent TB-tests in the new I-693 forms and left the other parts blank. Not sure if this is the way to do so.
