我太太在我回美國後半年也申請H4過來，由於我的I94日期的問題，太太的也給了兩個月的停留時間

So your 2-month I-94 was in the computer system? otherwise how CBP knew "由於我的I94日期的問題" 6 months after your H1 entry? VO(when wife got H4 visa) and CBP should only see your I-797 that was good for 3 years, but not your I-94 on your passport when you were not at airport with your wife. Well, you have to explain, because it is technical program and no fault on her part, blah blah... She was technically out-of-status.
