1. Can EAD holder travel outside of US easily? My job requires frequent international travel.

2. According to the following website

It seems that if marriage happens before GC, spouse can just apply directly for immigration visa through consular processing. The question is how long the process can take? My spouse is not physically in US at the moment. The lawyer said I can not add him to my 485 application.
