I see another problem, I assume this I-485 was sent to meet the Aug 17, 2007 deadline. I also assume when you "後來又重新遞交給NEBRASKA, 收件", your PD was not current. What if they send you RFE saying after reviewing their records, your I-485 was filed when visa number was available... How would you answer? Because there were people who also got rejected I-485 but re-file with the return notice and got a receipt still showing the July or Aug RD, do you have Aug RD to prove that I-485 was filed and accepted appropriately?
