My EB2 was filed in November 2006. In April 1, I was asked for the "REF" for the I485 filed in 2007 from NSC. EB1 I140 was approved in April 9 in TSC.

Dose it mean my I485 was relinked to my EB1 automatically?
- It does not tell.

or I have to relink it or file another I485?
- Better re-link than re-file
