請問這裏老師一個有點複雜的問題

昨天收到email說H-1Bapproved了。我現在的TN簽證將在七月20號過期，而H-1B要到十月一號才生效。公司可以在我們加拿大分公司給我出工資，我想知道在七月底到九月底這段時間我能以visitor的身份住在美國嗎？（我將在美國辦公室上班，但是加拿大那邊出payroll），等到九月份我再回多倫多拿H1,這樣會不會有麻煩?主要是孩子在美國這裏上學，老公一個人照顧不過來。
