回複：緊急請教Pjiang和其他大俠：EB3 485 denial, 是否還可以工作？

剛剛收到USCIS的email說兩人的EB3 485和LD 去年遞交的NIW 140都被denial了
1. USCIS will not be that specific saying "EB3 485", because an unapproved I-485 has no eligibility category assignment yet, only a I-485 approved of allocation of a visa number can you say it is for what category and charged to what country. (when you have multiple eligibility and may have several alternative countries to charge visa number to)
2. If EB3 I-140 was approved already, then why this EB3 I-485 was denied? Your EB3 I-140 sponsor withdrew I-140? It seems to be USCIS mistake: When they deny your NIW I-140, they also deny I-485 (but which I-485? sometimes IO will deny all I-485s including the one based on approved EB1, again that would be a mistake).
check case status for all your I-140s and I-485s to be sure.
