從上麵的排期可以看到，你已經在美國境內的話，在配偶為你提出 I-130 申請之後，自己必須維持五年左右的合法身份，才能夠步入綠卡的第二階段 I-485

Is that mean that even if I marry him, he would still be out of status? and there is no way for him to get EAD before he can file I-485 in 5 years?
