I-140 E-filing 求助

I am e-filing EB1-A I-140.

In Part 1, the forms says:

If the employer is an individual, the Family Name and Given Name must be provided. If the employer is an organization then the Company or Organization Name must be provided.

Question:

What information, My employer's information or mine, should be filled here?

Since this is EB1-a, I typed my inforamtion, the syste warns me "WARNING: It is suggested that you provide your company's IRS Number. Failure to do so may result in your application or petition being delayed or denied".

Could anyone who have experience help me with this?
