會被拒絕入境嗎?

父母美國簽證有效期9/2008到9/2009,可多次入境.父母9/2008入境,居留有效期6個月.今年2月申請綠卡,在處理中.現4月,理論上逾期居留.父母想今年6月回國,8月再回美國.會被拒絕入境嗎???已經申請綠卡,絕對有移民目的,原來的美國簽證還可以用嗎???多謝各位回複!!!
