If you have US master degree, your chance for cap H1 may still be good if application can be sent out in a week. You can ask the other offer to wait for you, or if that other position not fill and cap H1 fail, they can consider you. If you have not requested for graduation this May or August, you may be able to get CPT, ask your university's international advisor.
