RFE question

我們是０７年７月遞的４８５，最近收到RFE，要求回到原來的醫生那裏去做TB skin test.現在的問題是我們想不起來那個醫生叫什麽名字，也沒存他的電話號碼。去USCIS的網站查詢也找不到，非常懷疑他已經退休或搬走了。我們該怎麽辦呢？應該另找一個嗎？如果另找一個醫生會讓我們全部重新做嗎？那可太貴了！謝謝！
