父母辦綠卡的過程： 請教！

本人剛辦好公民。父母上個月來探親，B－２簽證。

哪位大俠能幫忙指點一下 父母辦綠卡的程序？

我的清單：

I-130, petition for alien relative
I-485, application to adjust status
I-864, affidavit of support
I-693, medical
translated and notarized birth certificate and marriage license.

問題是，體檢表 I-693也一起交嗎？還是先交 130, 485，等RFE再去體檢？這樣是省時間還是浪費時間？

現在一般從到多長時間？我們在Missouri.
