Bachelor degree 和 Master degree 在H1B 和綠卡申請 中有區別嗎?

我準備轉行學會計. 正在猶豫到底是學POST-Baccalaureate (a second bachelor degree in accounting) 還是學Master. 請問Bachelar和Master在申請H1B簽證或綠卡時區別嗎? 謝謝.
