Question: I-1485/I-140 & I-130

請問I - 140 批準後,發I - 485 時是否需要同時發I -130為家屬? 我的律師這樣做, 是否給我的I - 485 帶來麻煩? 因為移民局要求我給I - 130補充材料並證明我是公民或綠卡.
