appeal won't work because you did not get your LCA before you filed I-129, it's the petitioner's fault. And you should have known that this I-129 would fail when you got a RFE asking for LCA that you did not have. (otherwise I don't know why there was a new LCA in March) 公司的律師,他建議我重新申請H1B延期並加快.說這是最好最快的辦法, should be. H1 PPS asking for EOS using Nunc Pro Tunc. If EOS is denied, you have to reenter with H1 visa stamp.
