海關有明確規定：綠卡持有者不用護照回美國

如果是有效綠卡，不用護照回美國。所以護照是不是快到期沒有關係。但對方國家要有效護照入境。
如果持中國護照去中國，那麽隻需要在護照有效期最後一天前入境中國都可以，然後在國內再辦新護照。
但如果綠卡離境超過180天，入境要求按新入境要求及護照證據等需要齊全。
