請教PJIANG: H4今天被拒

我1月份被lay off.這之前是H1B在一公司工作,而且在2007 年遞交了485,但不是主申請人.

lay off後遂遞交了轉H4的申請.二月初,國內家中有急事,用去年申請的AP回了國,待了3周.但今天接到移民局通知說,H4denified 因為沒有maintain原來的status.請問我的身份會有問題嗎? 我還可以再工作嗎? 轉身份被拒會不會有什麽不好的記錄?
